About / How I work
My therapeutic approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
I understand how overwhelming anxiety, low mood, stress and trauma can be, and how much they can interfere with living the life you want. My role is to help you identify the patterns and maintaining factors behind your difficulties, and to work with you to develop clear, achievable goals.
Sessions are structured but always personalised. I will guide you at every step, helping you develop the tools and strategies you need to understand your experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with what’s important to you.
What I Help With
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, including:
- Anxiety and excessive worry
- Depression and low mood
- Stress and overwhelm
- Panic and health anxiety
- Trauma (recent or historic)
- Low self-esteem and confidence
- Difficult thoughts, feelings, or patterns that feel “stuck”
- General emotional distress impacting daily life
If you feel unable to cope or disconnected from the things that matter, you are not alone — CBT and EMDR can help bring clarity, stability and confidence.
